I want to redirect my url to special page:

My url type:

My rule:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.+)/(.+)/(.+)\.php$  card.php?lang=$1&type=$2&id=$3 [L]

These types of url are concerning by the rule and I can't join them normally. http://ift.tt/1AXB5Ba
