How to get a formula/calculation from table in html

I would like to figure out how the calculations were made within the table at this website http://ift.tt/1koQgWz

I dont have much experience with html so I dont know where to begin with this. My end goal is to first make the application in excel and then write a java application with a nice GUI (I'm an intern so I am trying to make a good impression hence why I am making the app)
