Does STAF local PROCESS LIST HANDLES lists process that are exited? or erred processes?

Question 1:

I started three processes using STAF

1) staf local process start command "CreateFile E:/2 100GB"

2) staf local process start command "CreateFile F:/2 100GB"

3) staf local process start command "CreateFile G:/2 10MB"

Process one did not start as there was no E drive.

Second process successfully started.

Third process started and completed

When I run the following command, staf handle is listed for all the three processes.

STAF local PROCESS LIST HANDLES Process

Does the previous command lists process for only running processes? or does it returns the handles for all previous completed or erred processes too?
