How uncheck form radio button when other button is checked

I have a form with radio buttons. If I check the button with name="country" and value="germany" a list with places in "Germany" is shown. When I click on another country their places are shown. But when I check a place in "Germany" and I check another country ?place=place-example is still shown in the URL.

What I want is when "country" changes the place become ?place=all, so a kind of reset of "place". Is this possible and how?

Use the same name for each radio button. This will group your radio buttons click here
