Safari Reader hacked on my website

I am a iOS developer who has received SOOO much help from this forum. Not sure if this question is appropriate here but I would appreciate if someone could redirect me if it's not... When I bring up my website (hosted by godaddy and using a wordpress template) in Safari on my phone running iOS 7, everything looks as it should. When I click on the reader tab, instead of reading about my apps, I am presented with a bunch of garbage about erectile dysfunction and viagra.

Anyone know where I begin to find out where this hack is and how to remove it?
