Tracking Vimeo Player Events with Google Analytics not working - analytics.js

I am trying to set up an event tracking for my vimeo video player using the suggestions from this site: http://ift.tt/1gFZJOd

I am not a developer, and just trying to figure it out - but it does not seem to work. I would truly appreciate any help!
