I am trying to install JTAPI and test it using sample code given by itself. But after adding observers it give message like below.

Received CiscoAddrOutOfServiceEvfor XXXX

Received CiscoTermOutOfServiceEvfor XXXX

Please give me solution for avoid this problem. I attached screenshots of screen.
