best and safest php to exe compiler?

I was looking for a php to exe compiler and found this question, where I got a good overview of some of the programs out there: Convert a PHP script into a stand-alone windows executable

So I chose one of the programs listed, which was PHPDesktop, and downloaded the "PHP 5.5 for Windows Vista or later (Win7, Win8)" "minified" version. The problem? I found a trojan inside the zip file (I used virustotal.com to check the zip file).

Obviously this made me very nervous about all other programs. So I wanted to ask the community: Which one would you recommend, which are good, safe and virus-free? All I want is a simple php to exe compiler, where I dont have to ship xampp or whatever other virtual servers there are out there to make my simple programs work on their own.
