Cocoon 2.1 i18n namespace URI does not resolve

As described in the cocoon user documentation, the namespace URI for i18n is http://ift.tt/1aMQDKw

However, it seems like this URI doesn't resolve anymore.

Is the schema definition hosted elsewhere for the purpose of validating against the Cocoon i18n 2.1 standard?
