How can I reproduce VP8's raw data without using a container on android? (like matroska, webm, ...)

I'm building a videochat that use VP8 video codec. With the MediaCodec I can obtain the VP8's raw data and send it to an other device but I can't reproduce the raw data without using a container. The problem is that android doesn't support the container. How can I do it?
