How to open cross domain links inside the iframe of my website

My website link http://ift.tt/1oZcoAc, inside it I used an iframe and showing this web site http://ift.tt/19yFEFC. Now, I want to open its link in the same iframe. I tried with javascript where I disabled target = "_blank" or its anchor tag but still no change.
