How to restrict access to a specific folder only when connected using remote desktop?

In normal scenario, whenever a user connects to a remote machine using RDP, he is given access to almost complete directory structure. But I want that whenever user, connects to my system, he would be able to access only a specific folder, and not the complete directory structure of my system. Thanks in advance. :-)
