Java can't find my main class

Ok so first off completely new to any sort of programming and I searched for help and I came across this http://ift.tt/1z34wku. I followed it to the T but in the command prompt every time I type "java HelloWorld" it keeps coming up with "Error: Could not find or load main class HelloWorld. Any help, tips, tricks, or anything for a beginner would be very appreciated. If more details are needed just let me know specifically what I should add
