Navigation bar overlaps status bar quickly then becomes normal

I created my own split view controller that has a sidebar view controller in the left and a navigation view controller in the right.

When launched in iOS7 with landscape, the navigation bar briefly overlapped with the status bar. Then quickly become normal again.

This only happened on iOS7 and Landscape.
