Spring redirect with Latin Extend marks, like ó

I have an controller, which should redirect to another controller.

I receive :

/ó

And i want to redirect to:

return "/some-parameter-with-ó"

But after redirect i have "%F3" instead of ó;

Do you know how to redirect without loosing true charter ?
