Android Native code debugging in Eclipse for a prebuilt binary

I have a prebuilt binary "libMyLib.so" file which is built outside of eclipse. Now I am using this libMyLib.so in an app which is written in eclipse.

The app loads libMyLib.so file and runs fine. I am wondering if there is a way to debug the Native code, without having the entire code in jni folder of the app.
