Hosting plans -servers with limitless capacity for expansion

I'm building an eBay kind of site and I need servers with a limitless capacity for expansion -something that automatically adjusts to my needs as my number of users grow. As far as I know, cloud servers are the best for this (considering I won't be running my own servers, obviously), so I want to know the plans Microsoft offers and their respective prices.
