I keep getting FAILED: invalid argument - thrust cuda

I develop for cuda using C++ and thrust libraries. I compile using VS'2013 and target x64.

When I run the code, I keep getting "FAILED: invalid argument" but sometimes it runs to some random point!

How can I debug to know what is the error?
