JQM and Bootstrap disable particular div

I am using JQM with Bootstrap to my project . I want JQM to be rendered on whole page but not on an particular div.

<div class="bootstrap"> --> Bootstrap

.jqm needs to be rendered by JQ Mobile and .bootstrap should not take stlyes from its parent div .

Any Suggestions ??
