Redirecting to playstore through BLE communication

Am developing an android app that communicates with the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device and receive data.

I just wanted to know is there a way through which the android sdk receives some data through Bluetooth and redirects it the playstore where my app exist.

We are developing the embedded device that supports BLE, so when the user pairs the device to his mobile for the first time, we can make the device to send the URL or some data though which the Android sdk should take me to the playstore for my app.

Does Android SDK have this feature in built? Is this really possible in android?
