Unable to get the value from another one namespace in run time

I have two projects like p1 and p2. In my p1 project as windows form and consists of combobox control.I add the p1 project reference to the p2 project(like class library).When i change my combobox value in p1 project, if there is any possibilities to access the value in run time?
