I'm curious as to how differently the program is executed when it is launched in a compatibility mode rather than normally.
Windows 7/8 emulation of windows xp seems to be suckish. The programs that worked in xp do not launch unless ran in 98/ME mode.
I don't see significant difference in memory consumption when switching modes.
