Cassandra SuperColumn exists for all rows?

I know that Super Columns are outdated, but I need to understand if a super column exists for all rows...

If I have a family column that has 3 columns (A, B and C), and I created a super column with two columns (A and C), if I need to query all rows using this supercolumn, is it possible?

A Super Column exists in all rows?
