Converting from 32 bit to 64 bit in Armv8

Mov w1, -1566795 lsl x0, w1, 32

Essentially I need to perform an operation on a 32 bit register and then add the result to a 64 bit register without storing to and loading from the stack. Any possible advice would be appreciated.
