How to load a block in magneto using PJAX

How can we use PJAX while loading a block in any specific area of a page. I have searched but there is no help regarding this. As per PJAX documentation we can declare and use PJAX $(document).pjax('a, a[data-pjax]', 'body', pjaxOptions); but how can i render a block through PJAX
