how to update xcode source list from qt .pro file

I've create qt creator project on mac os and generated xcode project with help of qmake

qmake -spec macx-xcode proj.pro

after I done some changes to xcode project, added some post build script and also added app signing. but now I need to add some other qt sources to project. When I'm regenerating the xcode project from new qt .pro file the old xcode project is get completely rewritten(as expected).

so the question is: is there a way to update xcode project from qt .pro file instead of completely rewriting it ?
