I'm wondering if there is a blog migration tool for the old AEM Blog, I believe from cq 5. It's built around this package com.adobe.cq.social.blog and the way it works is it saves blog posts as individual pages and not UGC. We are upgrading our AEM 6.0 instance to AEM 6.2 and this blog api is deprecated and was replaced by the social communities framework. We are in the process of rebuilding components but wouldn't know how to go about migrating these blog post pages. Keep in mind we also have different individual components saved on these post pages.
