PowerBI - Special calculating for Grand Total of Matrix

I have a measure which calculating by (m:=sum(a)-sum(b)/sum(b) ) formula. I show result of that measure in matrix on PowerBI like below.

¦ Geography ¦ ¦ ---------¦-----------¦------- Category ¦ US ¦ CA ¦ Total¦ ---------¦-----------¦------- Cat1 ¦ 1 ¦ 3 ¦ 4 ¦ Cat2 ¦ ¦ 2 ¦ 2 ¦ ---------¦-----------¦------¦ Total ¦ 1 ¦ 5 ¦ *6* ¦ But instead of showing 6 value, i have to use m:=sum(a)-sum(b)/sum(b) formula there and show result of that formula. I am not sure it will give same or different result but client want like that. Is there any way to do it? BTW, i use Tabular as data source and using live connect on PowerBI. So not able to manipulate on PowerBI. I have to do all calculations on Tabular.
