Running application after changes in Intellij IDEA

I used Intellij IDEA CE 2016.3 on OS X system.

Earlier when I run project (^R) then all actual changes was in the running app but now, when I change something in code I must compile maven to add this changes.

What is going on ? I do not change anything in Intellij IDEA. Any suggestions ?
