VS2015: Tools -> Options. Configuration change problems

Imagine one email ddd@ddd.com is registrered in two laptop. Imagine one machine I want vs2015 in black. If I want other in white, why when I change in black first one other change too?

I think vs2015 sabve configuration of user in the cloud and each time all machines I have with my email change color automatically.

Can I avoid it?
