Android FileDialog not working in gingerbread device

I have this FileDialog in my project. It works fine in API 19 emulator. But when I tried to use my apps in gingerbread device, the FileDialog only show blank white screen.

Anyone can help me or recommend another FileDialog which one working in gingerbread?
