Jump to an element if mobile keyboard "Done" button was clicked

I am using a button type submit field, that is corresponding with the "Done" button on mobile keyboards.

Now I want to jump to a certain element on my page if the keyboard "Done" button was clicked. Is there a way to achieve this?
