How to find placemarks which intersected\Contained with\in Polygon in Google Earth Plugin

I'm working on a project which require getting the intersected Placemarks or building(s) with one or more polygon(s) in another word Getting (Point In Polygon), i already draw the Placemarks and polygons, so how can i do this using the Google Earth Plugin.
