Always High MySQL CPU Usage

I have a lamp server 12 core and 64 Gb memory, and just hosting one website, that hava a daily average visitors about 7000 visitor. And it is a news web so almost just 1 table that record is being select from.

But always the mysql is consuming 300% to 900% from the cpu, even when their is only 20 or 30 visitor on the website.

I just to know please is that normal or not ? And how can i resolve that issue
