CardView editable via java code

I need to make a card that will contain an image and 2 textviews. This will dynamically load content from a webpage and so I will need to add more cards to the layout. The question is: How to make a template cardview with my style and layout in it so that I am able to load more of the same cards on the screen without pre-making the XML?
