Coded UI With Visual Studio 2010 ultimate is not working on Windows 7

I have Windows 7 operating system and Visual studio Ultimate 2010. I am trying to create a new Coded UI Test Project, but no actions are recording with 'Access Denied' error. And after some time the Test Builder is stopping by saying "TestBuilder has stopped working"

I have checked many posts, but many of them saying the solution for this issue is formatting machine.

I want to know is there any other solution for this problem.
