Hoverpanel in Search results page in SharePoint 2013

In SharePoint 2013, we have this feature to preview a video result through the hoverpanel. From the hoverpanel we can play the video. This works fine if the video is present in the SP site. Suppose i embed a video (from YouTube, Vimeo etc) to my Asset library and on the results page, i get video when searched for. But the preview option is not available. Is there a way that can i modify the display template for video to get the video preview.
