How to pass feature vector (MFCC, etc) to Matlab toolbox HMM all?

I am new to HMM. Want to build a speech recognition system using HMM all (Murphy) Matlab toolbox. I don't have an idea about the way to pass the feature vector for training and testing. So, Please suggest me the way how and in format the feature vectors has to be passed to HMM.
