Plotting subplots from grouped pandas dataframe

I have a data set that I grouped three columns of. It looks like the below:

For each date there are ten IPs and for each IP there are x number of TIDs with counts of email sends from each TID i nthe last column.

I would like to create subplots for each IP over time and show sends from each IP. Is it possible to make subplots for each IP from this one grouped data frame or would I need to reformat the data entirely? The end product would be ten timeseries plots with charted lines over time for each TID.
