I have a table with the following columns: id value 1 :A:B:C 2 :P:Q:R:S:T 3 :M:N

How can we split it as below:

id col1 col2 col3 col4 col5 col6 col7 1 C B A N/A N/A N/A N/A 2 T S R Q P N/A N/A 3 N M N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A

the row containing delimeted column changes.

please help me by providing complete solution in SQL/PLSQL using cursors.
