VMWare vCenter Web-App: admin-app missing

I've got an problem with the VMWare vCenter Server. I want to register the vCenter Server to the Web Client (see http://ift.tt/1F6ejKu). But the given URL isn't available for me: I just receive an 404-error (http://ift.tt/1vOzpCk). Also the command line workaround doesn't work for me, because I cant find the admin-cmd.bat on my server.

I really hope, that somebody could help me out :-)
