Wifi shield + doesn't work

I buy an arduino wifi Shield, i tried to make an upgrade from the firmware, and after that i don't know what happens.

Now when i connect my wifi shield with the mini USB cable, just the red led flash, and when i try to lunch a script to connect to my local lan, this is the error:
