Windows 8 in Virtualbox with windows phone emulator

I've installed windows 8.1 in a virtualbox. The host machine is a mackbock pro intel dualcore.

I've been testing coreinfo and it has Hypervisor, VMX and EPT-SLAT disabled.

I would like to know if it is possible to enable virtualization and run a windows phone emulator inside, or if there are any alternatives in the opposite case.
