Wwant to show my full date data into Monthly columns with data using c# SQL SERVER 2012

My problems is that my data is contained four (4) years data according to full date length.![This is my whole data according to date.][1]. I want this data to be view as like its Show Me GHEIGHT as Monthly Columns like (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, July ... Dec). I want that to be solve. According to GHEIGHT DATA, EACH columns contains 31 rows according to month dates. I use case statment but it show me Jan 31 records in Jan column and Feb start when Jan 31 ends. I also use pivot table but its aggregation functions i dont want to use coz i want my all data to show.

Please Help me
