Add support of standalone server deployment to GAE java web application

I have Google AppEngine java web application. Some customers ask to run it on their own private environment.

What is the simplest way to create standalone java web application with minimal code changes to my application to maintain both GAE and standalone deployment?

P.S.: I use Objectify, thinking about something like Open Stack. I saw some vague advices; I need some practical set of technologies to substitute my current architecture.
