android emulator does not load phonegap

I am new to phonegap. I follow the tutorials to setup phonegap with both android and ios. When I issue( phonegap run android / phonegap run ios ), I got ios one working(see the screenshot). However, when the android emulator start. it just starts with the android logo(see screenshot). I do not see the phonegap page. I guess it is not loaded. can anyone give me some tip or how to troubleshoot the issue?
