How to use Rockend API with WordPress?

We are developing WordPress Property Listing Website and the content for the Website will be from Third Party named Rockend (http://ift.tt/1p2sp27).

I have logged in to Rockend, but i was uanble to understand on how to use that API.

I have some documents and going through those document we come to conclusion that Rockend will send the XML file to our ftp and then we need to code. That's fine, but how we need to configure such that they send XML files at regular interval.?

Is there any script that is working with PHP.?

Please Help.
