Live streaming with vitamio library

I want to stream some links with Vitamio library (I use the VideoViewBuffer in sample) and this is working for some links but it is not working for some other links like rtmp://video3.earthcam.com/fecnetwork/4559.flv can any one help me why is this happening and what's the solution? Thanks.
