Best Cloud storage for multi-user graphic designers

I've been looking at the cloud storage plans but can't really understand what I'm seeing.

Does anyone have a suggestion on some decent inexpensive cloud storage plans that would allow me to set restrictions on multiple users?

I want to put graphic design files onto the cloud so my designers can grab files from customers' previous orders.
