How to set Codahale metrics admin port when not using dropwizard

Dropwizard has yml config to set http port and adminPort in yml

http:
 port:8080
 adminPort:8081

How to set the admin port if using just the metrics-servlet in spring environment. Tried setting spring property dw.http.adminPort=9090 but its still accessible on my application port 8800
